How much are your Management Fees?

• For income properties, our fees range from 5% to 10% of gross income collected, depending on the location, condition, and number of units involved.  After a no-cost inpection of the Property, we will give you a firm quote.
• For Homeowners' Associations, our fees are dependant upon the amount of services you need.  We can furnish many levels of  service, from Financials Only to all-emcompasing Full Service.

How long of a Contract do you require? 

• Our Standard Management Agreement for any type of property is for 30 days only, renewable on a month to month basis.

There are Special Problems with my property.  Can you adjust your Management System to handle them?

• We pride ourselves on being able to furnish you the Management you want. We will not, however, engage in any practice that is illegal, unethical, or contrary to the Owner's best intrests.
